Because parenting did not come with instructions

Seeking therapy for your child can feel overwhelming.

You may be noticing anxiety, emotional outbursts, difficulty with focus, low confidence, social struggles, or ongoing family stress.

Many parents come in feeling:

  • Concerned

  • Unsure where to begin

  • Worried they are missing something important.

With me, therapy is designed to feel supportive, structured, and individualized to your child’s unique strengths and needs. Sessions focus on building practical emotional, behavioral, and social skills that support growth both inside and outside of therapy.

Caregiver collaboration is an important part of the process because meaningful progress happens best when families feel supported too.

Our approach combines warmth, evidence-based strategies, and real-life application to help children and families create changes they can genuinely see and feel in everyday life

Hi, I’m Anaymee.

My experience working with children extends beyond the therapy room. Before becoming a therapist, I worked closely with children and families as a nanny, including supporting children with ADHD and autism. That experience gave me a deeper understanding of the everyday challenges families navigate—from routines and transitions to emotional regulation, communication, and overwhelm.

Because of this, I approach therapy with both clinical knowledge and real-world understanding. I know progress is not just about what happens during sessions, but how skills carry into everyday life at home, school, and relationships.

How I Work

My Guiding Principles

A blue spiral logo surrounded by dark green circles on a black background.

Connection Before Correction

Children learn best when they feel safe, understood, and supported.

Therapy Should Work Outside the Session

You’ll walk away from our work together with strategies you can actually use in everyday life—not just during therapy appointments.

Behavior Is Communication

Behind every behavior is a need, emotion, skill gap, or unmet challenge worth understanding.

Structure and Warmth Can Coexist

Kids benefit from both clear guidance and compassionate support.

Growth Can Include Joy

Healing and skill-building do not have to feel cold or intimidating. Sometimes growth comes with giggles too.

Small Steps Create Meaningful Change

Growth does not need to happen all at once. Small, consistent skills build confidence over time.
