In-Home Support for Children & Families in the San Fernando Valley
Helping you build skills where everyday life happens.
Real-time support for ADHD, autism, emotional regulation, behavior challenges, family conflict, routines, and executive functioning.
Have you ever wished the people giving you advice could see what family day-to-day life actually looks like?
So a friend tells you, “Maybe set a timer,” or a therapist tells you to tell your child to take deep breaths, and you found it unhelpful. You wish you could give them a crystal ball to glimpse into what your daily life looks like in those moments you are talking about. Maybe mornings feel chaotic. Getting dressed becomes a battle, homework stretches into hours of frustration, and leaving the house triggers meltdowns. Simple requests can quickly turn into power struggles.
You have read the books, tried the strategies, and done your best to support your child. You know your child is trying, and you are trying too. Yet it can feel incredibly difficult to apply advice in the middle of real-life moments when emotions are running high and everyone is overwhelmed.
Many families tell me, "The strategies make sense when I read them, but everything changes once we're actually in the moment." When challenges happen repeatedly at home, it's easy for everyone to feel the impact. you may feel exhausted, children may feel misunderstood, and siblings may become frustrated. Over time, this kind of stress has created a distance between family members.
You don't need someone to tell you what you're doing wrong. You need support that understands what life actually looks like in your home and helps you create practical solutions that work for your family.
That is why I meet you where real life happens and provide the practical support you have been missing.
In-home therapy with me, provides the opportunity to work directly within your family's natural environment.
Rather than discussing challenges after they happen, we can identify patterns, strengths, and opportunities for growth where they occur most often.
Together, we may focus on:
Emotional regulation
Executive functioning such as improving time management skills, increasing the ability to recall information without the need to repeat yourself, and creating an organizational system that works with your child’s brain
Family routines
Behavior challenges such as temper tantrums, physical/verbal aggression, and refusing to do tasks that are important (like brushing teeth or putting on shoes)
Parent-child communication
Transitions, such as getting ready for school, getting in the shower, and getting off electronics
Homework struggles
ADHD support
Autism support
Independent living skills such as cooking and hygiene
The goal is not perfection. The goal is to create practical strategies that fit your family's unique needs and daily routines.
The goal of our work together is to give you, your child, and your family a toolbox of strategies that fit your family's unique needs and can be used in your daily routine.
Support designed for real life
I believe that meaningful growth happens when skills can be practiced in everyday environments.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked closely with children and families as a nanny, including children with ADHD and autism. That experience gave me firsthand insight into the everyday realities families navigate, from managing routines and transitions to supporting emotional regulation and communication.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I bring both clinical expertise and real-world understanding to the work we do together. My goal is to help families create practical, sustainable changes that support growth long after our sessions end.
My approach combines:
Family Systems Therapy
Understanding how each family member influences and supports the larger family system.Parent Coaching
Providing caregivers with practical tools and guidance that can be used between sessions.Neurodiversity-Affirming Care
Supporting children with ADHD and autism while honoring their unique strengths and experiences.Executive Functioning Support
Helping children build skills related to planning, organization, emotional regulation, flexibility, and independence.Strengths-Based Therapy
Building upon what is already working rather than focusing solely on challenges.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I understand that behavior challenges rarely affect only one person. They impact the entire family system.
Rather than focusing solely on consequences or compliance, we work together to identify underlying needs, strengthen relationships, and teach skills that support lasting change.
My experience supporting children with ADHD and Autism both as a therapist and as a nanny, has also given me firsthand insight into the everyday challenges families face beyond the therapy session.

While telehealth and office-based therapy provide a safe space to learn new skills, in-home support allows us to apply those skills in the environment where your family experiences daily routines, transitions, homework, sibling interactions, and behavior challenges. This hands-on approach provides immediate opportunities for coaching, problem-solving, and practicing strategies that are personalized to your family's unique needs.
-
Yes. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting children with ADHD and autism both in the therapy room and in their everyday lives. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and former nanny, I understand the joys, challenges, and routines that come with raising a neurodivergent child, and I partner with families to build practical skills that foster confidence, connection, and success in everyday life.
Because in-home support is highly individualized and occurs in your family's natural environment, it allows for personalized observation, real-time coaching, and practical interventions that can be difficult to replicate in a traditional office setting.
